Our Karicare Gold+ range will be unavailable for a period of time in New South Wales.
It is with regret that we are voluntarily withdrawing our Karicare Gold + range from sale in New South Wales until a dispute with the government is resolved.
This is not a product recall. There is no issue of product safety, so you can continue to use the product. However, the ability of Nutricia to support our consumers is restricted as a result of ongoing legal proceedings with the government.
We believe it is our responsibility to change over from the Karicare Gold + range to our Karicare Gold range, until this issue is resolved.
We are extremely disappointed that we have had to take this action. We’d like to continue providing you with the quality nutrition your child deserves and in the coming weeks will be bringing back our previous Karicare Gold range for sale.
Making any dietar y change can be difficult for babies and we sincerely regret any discomfort the change from Karicare Gold + may cause. Nutricia recommends that babies are gradually moved over to an alternative.
